Note: If you are granted a pass, it cannot be transferred to another ticket holder. If your colleague(s) require an Affiliate Pass, each will need to fill out a separate application using their own evidence.
Remember, the deadline to submit your Affiliate Pass Request is Friday, July 12, 2024. We receive a large volume of requests for free passes from affiliates and have a limited number available - any Affiliate Pass requests received after July 12th will not be granted.
