With over 80% of attendees pre-booking meetings through the app, standing out is crucial. When introducing yourself, craft a message that sets you apart. Be creative or mention that you’ll be wearing a noticeable outfit. The goal is to make a memorable first impression. 

    3. Level Up your Badge with our Personalized Ribbons 

Make sure to stop by the 'Level Up My Badge' station at registration to personalize your attendee badge with unique ribbons. This fun and creative addition allows you to showcase your personality and interests, making it easier to connect with others. Whether you're a 'First Time Attendee,' 'Content Publisher,' 'Cat Dad,' or 'AI Nerd,' these ribbons help you stand out and find like-minded individuals. It's a simple yet effective way to enhance your networking experience and spark conversations with fellow attendees. 

Be Prepared 

    4. Bring a Portable Battery 

A dead phone can mean missed opportunities. Carry a portable battery to ensure your devices stay charged throughout the day. This way, you can keep networking, take notes, and navigate the event without interruptions. 

    5. Wear Comfortable Shoes and a Smart Watch 

You’ll be on your feet a lot, so comfort is key. Opt for comfortable shoes and consider wearing a smartwatch to track your steps. Walking to multiple meetings can add up a LOT of steps! 

    6. Bring Snacks and Water

It’s easy to forget to eat and drink when you’re busy. Keep snacks and water handy to stay energized and focused. This ensures you maintain your stamina throughout the event. 

Plan and Prioritize

Some would describe Affiliate Summit East as hectic, busy, with people EVERYWHERE who want to meet you! Have your plan in advance of the people you want to meet, the sessions you want to listen in on and the essentials of what you want to accomplish. (p.s. You can sync your calendar to the app so you never miss a meeting)

    b. ... but Stay Flexible 

While we encourage pre planning your ASE through the event app, always leave room for some spontaneity! Opportunities can arise in the most unexpected moments at ASE, so keep some time free for those chance encounters.
