If you're about to join us at ASE22 (May 24-25) you may have a few questions. And to help make things as clear as possible we've compiled a list of the 10 things you NEED to KNOW to crush your time at ASE22!''

1. VACCINATIONS & MASKS NOT REQUIRED

The New York State mask-or-vaccine requirement for all indoor businesses settings was officially lifted on Thursday, February 10, 2022.

We do not require any attendees to be vaccinated or wear masks. However if you are not vaccinated, a mask is recommended by the State.

2. DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL EVENT APP:'

Before you join us at ASE22 you NEED to download the event app!'

This app contains ALL the information you need to make the most of your time at ASE22... so download it NOW ??'

  • Plan your time by viewing the full attendee list, including all the profiles of the exhibitors and sponsors. You can even filter the exhibitors and sponsors according to what you are looking for'

  • Arrange meetings with other attendees, and book a place to meet

  • See the full agenda and speakers so that you'll know what sessions you NEED to attend. (FYI: You can create your own personalized agenda and export it to your calendar!)'

  • Don't miss our parties (your best networking opportunities). Turn ON'app notifications and get the chance to RSVP for special events, parties, Meet Ups, AM Days workshops, and more

  • Get personalized recommendations for other attendees, exhibitors, and sessions. (Remember: The more you use the app, the better your recommendations will be)'

3. HOW TO FIND US:'''

ASE22 is being hosted at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square.'

Located on West 46th Street and Broadway, the Marriot Marquis is situated near some of NYC's most exciting attractions including Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall and the Theater District.'

The hotel has a LOT of floors! Use this cheat sheet so you don't get lost:'

  • Badge collection will be held on the 3rd floor Atrium.

  • The Meet Market will be held on the 6th Floor.

  • The Affiliate content track is in the Marquis Ballroom on the 9th Floor

  • The Ecommerce content track is in the Astor Ballroom on the 7th Floor

  • If you're a VIP, you'll find the VIP lounge (sponsored by Taboola) on the 7th Floor, in the Empire Complex.

  • If you've booked an AM Days Workshop, you'll find them on the 16th Floor, in the Sky Lounge.

  • Bookable Meetings (these free 20-minute slots can be booked on the app) will be:

    • Meeting Zone A is on the Broadway Balcony on the 7th Floor

    • Meeting Zone B is in the Soho Complex on the 7th Floor

    • Meeting Zone C is in the ASE Atrium on the 8th Floor

  • Reserved Meeting Tables will be held in Meeting Zone D on the Terrace of the 9th Floor. (If you'd like to book one, please ask the ASE team at the 3rd or 6th floor Info Desk.)'

Badge collection will be held in the Atrium on the 3rd Floor of New York Marriott Marquis Times Square. And to avoid queues at registration we've increased the number of hours that registration will be open.''

You can pick up your badge early on Monday, May 23, 12:00pm to 6:00pm.''
