Insert a piece of company literature or giveaway item into our conference attendee bags. Bags are given to all Affiliate Summit West 2018 attendees at check-in. Great for announcing a promotion, giveaway or contest at your booth or capturing prospect information online.
The Attendee Bag Insert Sponsorship Package includes the following:
- Your one item distributed in each of the attendee bags (Item may not be lanyards, bags or hand sanitizer). Sponsor will be responsible for purchasing and delivering the item by December 21st, see below for quantity and shipping details.
- One (1) Exhibitor Pass to the event which can be used by staff or clients. Each Exhibitor Pass includes entrance to the Meet Market, Exhibit Hall, Pub Crawl, RevShare Roundup, Networking Lounge, Demo Days, Keynotes, six (6) Session Tickets valid for any session during the conference, streaming access to recorded session videos, access to the Networking App and Session PowerPoint presentations.
- One (1) ticket good for the Exhibitor and Sponsor Snack Break on Sunday.
- Three (3) Hot Beverage Tickets and three (3) Refreshment Tickets redeemable at the beverage stations in the Affiliate Summit Conference area.
- Ability to purchase Networking, Networking Plus and VIP passes at 25% off the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
- Your company description in the Attendee Guide (Max. 650 characters including spaces and subject to receipt of description by November 1, 2017).
- Your sponsor listing located within the Affiliate Summit West 2018 networking platform including your logo,
company description and link to your website. (Sponsor to upload ASAP.)
- Sponsor Badge Ribbons.
Please note that you will need to send 5,500 items to be inserted into the attendee bags. Your items must arrive between December 1 – December 21, 2017, at the following address:
