The Titanium Sponsorship 

The Affiliate Summit Titanium Sponsorship Package includes:

  • 10′ x 20′ exhibit space (Space only. Booth-related costs such as tables, chairs, cleaning, electricity, Internet, etc. are additional).
  • One 6’x 2′ draped table and two chairs at the Meet Market.
  • Fifteen (15) VIP passes, to be used for staff, clients or affiliates.
  • Twenty (20) Networking passes to be used for staff, clients or affiliates.
  • Ability to purchase additional passes at 20% off the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
  • Opportunity to place your company banner in the General Session room and Exhibit Hall (Subject to receipt of banner(s) by July 20, 2017, Maximum Size: 10′ x 4′ each).
  • Opportunity to place a company advertisement on all seats in the General Session room for the Keynote Address (Subject to receipt of material by July 20, 2017).
  • One (1) full-page advertisement in the conference issue of FeedFront Magazine (Subject to receipt of ad by June 17, 2017).
  • Your company logo listed on “Thank You Sponsors” sign in the Registration Area (A high-resolution image is required).
  • Your linked company logo will be featured on the Affiliate Summit East 2017 main event page and the “Thank You Sponsors” section on AffiliateSummit.com (A 200 x 100 .jpg is required).
  • Your company description in the Exhibitor & Conference Guide (Max. 650 characters including spaces and subject to receipt of description by June 1, 2017).
  • Your exhibitor listing located within the Affiliate Summit East 2017 networking platform including your logo, company description and link to your website (Sponsor to upload ASAP).
  • Your sponsor listing located within the conference networking platform including your logo, company description, and link to your website (Sponsor to upload ASAP).
  • Your company logo on the back of the Affiliate Summit staff shirts worn during the conference.
  • Opportunity to place one promotional item or brochure within the attendee bags distributed at check-in. (Item to be supplied by July 10, 2017).
  • A bartender at your booth to serve the beer to the attendees during the Pub Crawl in the Expo Hall on Tuesday from 2pm-4pm. Your company logo will be included on the Official Pub Crawl Stop map and signage located near each station (A high-resolution image is required).
  • One “Virtual Attendee Bag” insert (Subject to receipt of the offer by June 30, 2017).
  • Sponsor and Exhibitor Badge Ribbons.
