The Info Desk is staffed by Affiliate Summit personnel and is the hub for all attendee questions. It is located at the entrance of the Affiliate Summit conference space, offering prime visibility for the sponsor. The Info Desk Sponsorship Package includes the following:
- One (1) 2′ x 20′ hanging banner with your company logo displayed as the sponsor of the Info Desk to be hung above the Info Desk space during convention hours on Sunday, July 30th through Tuesday, August 1st. (Sponsor to provide high-resolution logo no later than June 17, 2017, and Affiliate Summit produces and places the banner.)
- One (1) Networking pass to be used for staff, clients or affiliates.
- Ability to purchase additional passes at 20% off the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
- Your company description in the Exhibitor & Conference Guide (Max. 650 characters including spaces and subject to receipt of description by June 1, 2017).
- Your sponsor listing located within the conference networking platform including your logo, company description, and link to your website (Sponsor to upload ASAP).
- Sponsor Badge Ribbons.
