Katie has an MBA, and a marketing career spanning 28 years, during which time she has advised and coached leading brands including Harrods, o2, Arsenal FC, Virgin, NatWest and Accenture.

Katie is Managing Director of Zoodikers, and Co Founder of AI in FM. She is also Group Chair in the South East for the PRCA, and regularly advises and trains the world’s leading agencies.
