This is a networking session where you can meet one on one with potential affiliates, customers and clients. (Costs for electricity, Internet, etc. are additional.)
• This is a 6-hour event taking place on Sunday, July 8th.

• Your company logo will be featured on the front of the shirts worn onsite by the Affiliate Summit staff.

• This sponsorship will be an auction where the highest bidder will win. Bid through June 11, 2007.

Video Sponsorship - eBay Auction

• Your company logo will be featured for three seconds before and after each educational session video from Affiliate Summit 2007 East. Videos will be made available to the general public.
• Payment for this sponsorship will be made directly to the March of Dimes.
• This sponsorship will be an auction where the highest bidder will win.

This sponsorship requires a high resolution logo from the sponsor prior to the conclusion of the show in Miami. Specifications:  600 dpi (dots per inch) preferred, 300 dpi acceptable; 1280x1024 minimum resolution; .TIF(preferred), .GIF, or .JPG file types.  We need the capability of zooming in 800% on the logo without any real loss of resolution.  All of this will ensure that the logo will look it's best on the video. 

Affiliate Summit and Exhibitor News Sponsorship - $3,500

• This page will list each press release headline related to the show distributed through Eworldwire, our official newswire service.
• The News flyer will be given to attendees as the pick up their nametag.
• Sponsor listed prominently in the top area of the page.
• Attendees will walk the show with this as a guide since booth numbers will also be listed.

Sponsorship does not include printing costs.

Interactive News Display Sponsorship - $10,000

• Plasma digital displays in high traffic event areas with exhibitor news and conference information.
• Attendees will reference these for show and related news and information.
• Sponsor name on display.

Sponsorship does not include production and equipment rental cost.

The Intercontinental Hotel Receiving Department utilizes a tracking system allowing their staff to maintain streamline procedures for the expert delivery of your materials. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines and charges that apply.

HANDLING FEES Charged for In and Out Services:

• $3.50 per envelope
• $10.00 per box, 75 lbs or less.
• $15.00 per box, over 75 lbs.
• Pallets: $125.00 per pallet

PLEASE NOTE: All charges for materials received through the Receiving department for individual attendees/exhibitors will be the responsibility of the association/group. Packages/Boxes will not be released into a meeting room unless a client is present and can sign upon receipt.
